Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products are personalized and pharmacy-fulfilled, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to ensure compliance, safety, and accountability across all orders.
Pharmacy & Peptide Orders (Prescription-Based)
Pharmacy-related orders—including peptides, prescription medications, and compounded therapies—are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our partner pharmacy.
- If your order has not yet been submitted to the pharmacy, you may be eligible for a refund or credit—evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If the pharmacy has received and/or fulfilled your prescription order, no refunds will be issued in accordance with medical compliance laws and regulations.
- In the event of an approved cancellation before fulfillment, a credit will be issued to your ELMNTL account for future use.
Non-RX Orders (Supplements, Hair + Skin, Lifestyle Products)
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund—as long as they have not been shipped.
- Once an item has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
